It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.
The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this WILL NOT inherit the kingdom of God.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
Lord forgive me. Forgive all of my sins and iniquities and rescue me from myself. Take the chains of darkness and cast them off of me. Release your conviction and power into my life. Cover me. Bring strong discernment and conviction when necessary and heal me. Bring deliverance and set me free in Jesus name.
Do not allow the enemy to triumph over me. Do not allow him to accuse me before you, but silence his tongue. I offer you my life. In Jesus name. Open the buckets of freedom and pour them upon me like rain in Jesus name. Amen.
