A 22-year-old man has been charged with two counts of second degree murder and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony after Henrico Police found his parents dead from gunshot wounds on Sunday.

Police say William Roy Brissette killed Henry J. Brissette III, 59, and Martha B. Brissette, 56, both of Henrico.

At 9:34 p.m. Sunday, Henrico Police responded to a suspicious situation in the 8300 block of Forge Road and found that Henry and Martha  Brissette had been shot dead.

Glenn Levisay, who lives across the street and has known the family for years, saw police surround the home.

“I knew something pretty bad must have happened,” Levisay said. “They are a really hard working people.”

Court records show that William Brissette served jail time after being convicted of a drug distribution charge in 2013. He had marijuana, pills, and packaging materials while living at home.

People need the Lord Jesus. When the commandments of God are ignored and natural laws are ignored, people are fully set in their ways to do evil. There is nothing that a man or woman cannot conjure up in their mind and decree discrimination. Are we to discriminate against a man who enjoys or even loves killing? We may think that thought sounds crazy, but how many of these killings fill the news with little to no real punishment? How far are we willing to go against nature?
