Target “Peeping Tom” accused of taking pictures of teen in dressing room

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Police have arrested a man after they say he took pictures of a teenage girl in the dressing room of a department store. Now, officers are asking the public to come forward if they believe they’ve been victimized.

Officers arrested Matthew Ryan Rush on Sunday and charged him with production of child pornography and unlawful filming. The incident allegedly happened at Target on Independence Boulevard in Green Run.

“It’s very disturbing,” said Brenda Stevenson, a shopper who says she has daughters. “…To think of someone filming them without them knowing is horrifying.”

Police say the victim, who is between 15 and 17, looked down at one point to find Rush’s cell phone pointing at her from under the dressing room door. Officers say she alerted store security, but officers say Rush took off.

“It could happen anywhere,” said Stevenson. “You never know what people are thinking or people out in the community, you never know their state of mind.”

Actually, a man that wants to be in the same dressing room as a teenage girl has only one thing in mind and everyone knows what that is. There is a reason target is being targeted for peeping toms and perverts.

Shopping online and at Walmart is the best option. This will keep happening as times moves on.

A man has been arrested for allegedly using his cell phone to take video of young girls changing clothes in a Bedford, New Hampshire, Target store, reports say.

Bedford police announced that Zachery Bishop was arrested after Target shoppers complained that they saw him filming little girls in the changing area.

“Allegedly the young ladies were in the fitting room and they observed a device over the top of the partition between the two rooms,” said Bedford Police Chief John Bryfonski, as reported by WFXT ABC TV.

After getting dressed, she confronted the man, who then pushed her aside. “She continued to tussle with him,” CBS Boston reported.

One woman who accused the 22-year-old man even physically intervened to detain him for police; she followed him out the store and attempted to restrain him after a confrontation with Target employees.

Chief Bryfonski noted that it is likely Bishop has engaged in this behavior before, and asked the public if they recognized him and had any run-ins with him in the past. Click here to read more.

This is another case to be filled by the Holy Spirit and before you leave your home, you should pray. This is only the tip of the iceberg. He has done this before and others like him that have not been caught. This is only the beginning of deviant behavior. Stay in prayer and keep your eyes on Jesus and equip your children with wisdom.

Candice Spivey was shopping when she was approached by Jeffrey Polizzi. She instantly recognized him from a previous interaction two years ago. Polizzi began asking inappropriate questions such as if she was ‘wearing panties’ while filming her, she says. Spivey confronted the man who was arrested for reckless driving when he tried to flee in his car. Polizzi was previously charged with video voyeurism for filming women changing in retail dressing rooms. Police also found footage filmed up women’s skirts using a shoe-camera. Read more

This should not surprise anyone. Take prayer and the Ten Commandments out of the school and the devil will bring in bullying, teachers sleeping with students, mass killings, single killing, etc. Target promotes confusion in the bathroom and Satan invites every sexual prevision known to man. Christian women protect yourself, protect your daughters, and protect your sons. These sexually confused perverts will try to introduce your children and you to something that sensual, devilish and destructive.

The devils den will always have devils in it and they have been encouraged like never before. Pray for discernment, wisdom, and guidance. In Jesus name.
