What Does The Clock On The Wall Say?

It is important for the believer in Jesus Christ to understand what time it is for them. The time determines your function in Christ. When it was not time for Jesus to turn the other cheek, he chased the thieves and robbers in the temple away. When it is was not time for Jesus to be killed, he slipped through the crowds without a scratch. What time is it for you? What time is God saying it is?

I have heard whispers that this year is the year of repentance. A time to sway the anger of God and miss planned destruction for 2017. God has always been a democratic God and chooses world leaders based upon the masses. It is how Saul was elected King in the Old Testament even though the prophet Samuel knew he was a bad choice, he was told by God to anoint him. God will give the masses the leader they want. God told the people he would enslave them, but they ignored God’s warning and so they suffered.

What will the masses do today? Sexual immorality is rampant. Injustice is rampant. Those who stand for anything worth something are ridiculed and those who support demonic activity are exalted and praised for being progressive. What will this behavior do? Bring the judgment of God. When the storms come and they will. When God removes hedges of protection from people, then will Satan turn his wrath on humans and destroy them with drugs, alcohol, sickness, disease, rape, incest, beastuality, and whatever twisted imagination he can convince man to find pleasure in.

Your life means something to God, but he will allow you to choose to destroy it, by choosing Satan’s wisdom over his. Every generation has quasi wise men who think they can outsmart God or have the answers to life without submitting to the One who created all. This delusion was the mistake of the fallen angels who are now bound to be destroyed in hell at the proper time.

What time is it? Look to your right and what does the clock say? Ask Jesus to give you the time.

Heavenly Father, what time is it? Is it time to quit Bible study and hide in your home? Is it time to give up and throw in the towel? What time is it Lord? Show me the time of the clock on the wall and strengthen me to follow what you show me. In Jesus name.
