Prosecutors in Hawaii
plan to file lesser charges, possibly negligent homicide or manslaughter, against Alison Dadow in the death of her twin sister, Ann, her partner in two high-end Palm Beach County yoga studios that closed abruptly in 2014.

The Maui News disclosed the plans late Wednesday, after a district court judge dismissed a second-degree murder charge against Dadow, 37, in her sister’s death May 29 in an SUV wreck on Maui’s famed Hana Highway.

The SUV in which they were riding on the narrow, twisting road crashed into a stone wall and plummeted down a 200-foot cliff at Maui’s east end. The wreck killed Ann Dadow. Alison was driving and witnesses said the sisters had been fighting in the vehicle immediately before the crash, with Ann spotted pulling Alison’s hair.

Alison Dadow was planning to leave Maui after Wednesday’s hearing to return to her family in upstate New York, where Ann Dadow is soon to be buried, said her attorney, Todd Eddins. A judge had previously denied bail to Alison Dadow after she tried to leave the island two times prior to her arrest Friday.

The sisters moved to the resort town of Park City, Utah, after they closed their Twin Power Yoga studios in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens and left Palm Beach County in 2014. A friend told The Associated Press that a proposed reality television show that never got off the ground began a downward spiral for the Dadows.

The show’s producers urged them to sign an expensive pricey lease for space to be used on the show, Leslie McMichael, a West Palm Beach psychic who has been described as the Dadow’s spiritual adviser, told the AP. When the show fell through, the Dadows were left holding a lease they could not afford. Click here to read more.

Financial calamity can happen with one bad decision or one bad thing happening  in your life that was unexpected. This should be in everyones mind and especially in the mind of the Christian. You never know when your soul is required by the Lord. As a Christian your affections should be set on things above. If you are too attached to this world and money, you will lose not only your life, but your soul.

There is opportunity for the sister alive to live in God with peace. Pray that God reveal himself and save her soul.
