Have you ever seen a show or watched a play that made you consider the magnificence of God, because of the magnificence of man? I recently watched a show in Las Vegas, NV that was filled with spectacular stunts and awesome artistry wrapped into a beautiful love story. The amazing show made me think about how magnificent God is.
God has given man immense potential and a huge amount of space to submit to him. The massive structures and the glitz and glamour of high-end shops with lights and huge electronic billboards make you appreciate the ability God has given man. However, in the midst of this beauty there is an ugly horror with prostitution and female trafficking. The worse part is when women sell out other women, which I saw while visiting there. You will see them along the strip trying to hand you cards with girls, girls, girls, and I am thinking, you are a woman pimping other women. I understand for some it is forced slavery behind the scenes, but some choose this lifestyle.
Man is so magnificent that God has given him the choice to live for him or live without him. Sin against you is not your sin, but sin imposed by you is your sin. You cannot help being abused as a child or being born into extreme poverty, but you can always choose to live for God. No matter how hard it may seem, his burden is light and his yoke is easy.
If you are bound woman in the slavery of prostitution, stripping, or any such thing I urge you to call on Jesus. He breaks ALL chains. Call and then move toward those who have made the call already. The wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. Call now and call often. Because your desire to serve man is strong and because you are the weaker vessel, it becomes extremely important to serve the man above all men, Jesus, who will love and protect you, as you should always experience.
God makes ways for us to escape sin, but you must call on his name and ask for his deliverance and power to walk through his open door.
